Houses built from laminated veneer lumber are strong and durable. It will not shrivel or deform, and the interior of a laminated timber house can be both stylish and elegant.
The outer walls made purple, shade "eggplant", using covering antiseptic. Separate elements of the front of the house are painted white to give expressiveness.
The designer treated the interior walls in the house with special varnishes, which give the wood a color, but at the same time do not hide its expressive texture.
Living room
Each floor has its own living room. Downstairs - with a fireplace, solemn and stylish. The wall to the left of the fireplace was made dark so that the TV did not stand out with a black stain on a too light background.
Kitchen dining room
On the second floor there is a more cozy, cozy living room. Equipped with sliding doors, it easily turns into a guest bedroom: close the doors and lay out the sofa. But most often this room in the interior of the house of laminated veneer lumber serves as a playground: here the master's children and their friends fell in love to gather.
The total area of the house is small, but it does not make a close impression: large living rooms, halls, as well as a terrace, which can be accessed from the kitchen, which also serves as a dining room, help to expand the space.

Bathrooms
In the interior of a rustic wooden house, not all the rooms should be finished with wood. So, the bathrooms, of which there are several in the house, were decided to be tiled, although it was possible to choose a waterproof varnish for wood.
Since tile is a heavy material, “glasses” of concrete were inserted into the walls on the first floor to reinforce the structure.
On the second floor, another solution was applied: a metal frame was strengthened on the timber, drywall was installed on it, resistant to moisture, and then tiles were placed on the waterproofing. For the beauty in the master bathroom, instead of a plastic screen, they built a plasterboard wall, which was laid out with curb tiles.
Stairs
This beautiful staircase is located in the center of the house and occupies the main place in the interior of the house of laminated veneer lumber. It is safe for children: on both floors, the entrance to the stairs is securely closed by a light lattice door.
Openwork fences on the second floor were additionally covered with ropes. This measure is temporary, when the children grow up, and the rope and the doors can be removed.
The space under the stairs turned into a convenient storage system with retractable drawers, and a whole storage room fit under the landing!
Engineering systems should not be visible, but at the same time they need access. therefore, everything that should be hidden from prying eyes was removed into channels drilled in the walls, and partially under the subfloor.
If you need to make an additional outlet or move the switch, it can be done without disturbing the finishing.
The interior of a wooden country house is provided with forced-air and exhaust ventilation. Its channels pass under the hinged ceiling of the second floor, which is lowered by half a meter and follows the shape of the roof.
